Heather Green Miller is the managing attorney of HGM Law Office. She is passionate about counseling entrepreneurs, artists and business owners on how to best protect and increase the value of their intellectual property and protect their key brands.  

 

She successfully defends her client's brand through trademark and copyright enforcement with an emphasis on elevating her client’s understanding of brand awareness and the importance of ownership. With a degree in psychology as well as law, she takes pride in relating to her clients and taking the gray out the law.  Heather is a content writer for Score Mentors of Phoenix, educating entrepreneurs and creators about protecting their brand.

During law school, Heather worked at several legal aid offices, where she assisted clients who have been unfairly treated by their landlord. She continues her pro bono work by volunteering at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. She is currently a member of the Georgia State Bar.
