Heather Green Miller leads HGM Law Office, where she specializes in intellectual property law and brand protection for entrepreneurs, artists, and business owners. Combining her legal expertise with a background in psychology, she excels at demystifying complex legal concepts and building strong client relationships.

Heather educates creators and entrepreneurs about brand protection strategies and intellectual property rights. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright enforcement, helping clients not only defend their intellectual property but also understand how to leverage it for maximum value.

During law school, Heather worked at several legal aid offices, where she assisted clients who have been unfairly treated by their landlord. She continues her pro bono work by volunteering at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. She is currently a member of the Georgia State Bar.

Since 2015, she has provided comprehensive legal support to creators and production companies, combining entertainment industry expertise with practical business guidance.
As general counsel, Erica works closely with clients on contract drafting and review, negotiations, and intellectual property protection. Her practice includes trademark and copyright management, licensing, and business restructuring to optimize creative operations. As production counsel, Erica guides film and television projects from development through distribution, while helping clients build sustainable creative businesses.
Erica focuses on making complex legal support accessible to independent creators and entrepreneurs, offering practical solutions for both immediate needs and long-term business growth. Her integrated approach helps creative entrepreneurs protect their artistic vision, manage their intellectual property rights, and build strong business foundations.
